overview

Understanding your needs.

Each coaching engagement is thoughtfully tailored to the individual leader, their role and the broader needs of the organisation. Together with the participant and their direct leader, we establish a clear set of priorities that may span leadership capability, behavioural impact, communication, technical expertise or a combination of these.

The focus is on creating meaningful and lasting shifts in performance—enabling leaders to operate with greater clarity, confidence and impact, while strengthening their contribution to the Executive or Senior Leadership Team.

Our Coaches establish relationships built on trust, credibility and a deep understanding of each leader’s context and challenges. Coach–participant matching is thoughtfully considered, with an introductory conversation between the participant and Coaching Program Lead helping to ensure the right fit, experience and perspective for each individual.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Approach.

01.

Understand

A focused pre-briefing between the Coach and the participant’s Direct Manager establishes clear development priorities and defines the organisational impact sought. This ensures each coaching engagement is purposeful, aligned with business objectives and tailored to the leader’s role and development needs.

02.

Plan and Tailor

Each participant develops a tailored Leadership Development Action Plan to guide their coaching journey and translate development priorities into purposeful action. Agreed with the participant’s Direct Manager before the second coaching session, the plan establishes a shared commitment to individual growth, leadership effectiveness and meaningful organisational outcomes.

03.

Develop & Apply

Each participant engages in a monthly 60–90 minute coaching session, delivered in person or virtually. Tailored to individual priorities and real-time issues, each session provides a confidential space to explore current leadership challenges, consider options for actions that translate learning into results and reflect on progress and insights for sustained development.

04.

Reflect & Embed

The coaching engagement typically spans six to twelve months, providing the time and space to translate insight into action, reflect on experience, and deepen learning. Interim meetings with the Participant’s leader provide progress checks and share learning outcomes. This sustained approach enables new perspectives and leadership behaviours to become embedded over time, creating meaningful and lasting impact for the Participant, their Leader and the organisation.

COACHING Value

Unlocking leadership potential. Creating lasting impact.

Our Coaches challenge, stretch and support each participant to achieve meaningful outcomes for both the individual and the organisation. Each session provides a focused opportunity to explore the challenges ahead, test perspectives, consider options and determine the actions most likely to deliver impact.

The Leadership Development Action Plan provides a practical foundation for translating insight into action, with ongoing access to the Coach between sessions to maintain momentum and accountability.

At the heart of the experience is a relationship built on trust, candour and genuine challenge. Our aim is to become what participants often describe as their “trusted, brutally honest friend”—someone who knows them well, challenges their thinking and is unafraid to tell them what they need to hear.
