Darryl is the Senior Consultant of Heads Up Consulting, bringing together senior leadership experience, executive coaching and a practical, people-first approach to organisational growth. He is an accomplished executive leader with over 30 years experience across Asia, Pacific, Europe and Scandinavia, driving large-scale transformations across the service, hospitality, and security sectors. His proven experience in growing and developing leaders while executing cultural change at both strategic and transactional levels within large, service-focused industries provides an opportunity for our clients to lift performance and success of people-related initiatives and projects.
Senior Consultant
Andrew is the former Senior Partner and Manager of the Risk and Audit practice for PWC. His work with the organisation has seen him hold executive roles in London, Sydney and Dubai. As a previous People Partner for the firm (Dubai) he has coached and facilitated numerous leadership and technical seminars and programs for PWC staff and others across the world. Previous clients include’ Unilever, Goodman fielder and Emirates Airlines.
Andrew has held critical Risk and Audit roles throughout his career including; Audit Committee Chair, Manager Risk Committee, Chief Audit Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
Consultant
Emma is an award-winning stakeholder engagement and corporate communications specialist and facilitator. She has over 25 years’ experience working with government and private businesses managing high profile and complex projects. Emma has delivered change and communications programs to co-design solutions for policy, organisational and community driven change. More recently Emma has worked with large scale businesses to support strategic business planning and new service delivery. Emma co-facilitates the Effective Communication module for Heads Up Consulting’s Applied Leadership Excellence program. Emma’s passion lies in creating a positive and collaborative environment and tapping into human insights to make the right decisions.
Consultant
Darrell is a clinical academic Hepatologist with a strong international reputation in the field of liver disease. He has been involved in leadership roles in professional societies, and managed clinical service entities in both the public and private sector. He held the role of Dean of Medicine at University of Queensland and Director of Research UQ Medical School. Darrell has mentored, managed, and coached junior clinicians and academics and more senior staff and peers in the clinical and the academic environment.
